What Therapy Looks Like When You Don’t Know What Your Want Yet

Not everyone comes to therapy with a plan or a specific issue they want to work on. Sometimes you just feel...lost, disconnected. Or stuck in a job, a relationship, or a version of yourself that doesn’t fit anymore. You don’t know what you want—but you know that something in your life is not working.

That’s actually a perfect time to start therapy.

This is Why It Makes Sense:

Therapy isn’t just for fixing a crisis. It’s also a place for listening to yourself more clearly. When you don’t have all the answers, I help you ask the right questions:

  • What’s draining you lately?

  • What’s the voice in your head telling you—and is it actually true?

  • What makes you feel more alive-even if it is just a little?

Together we sort through the voices in your head, gently untangling harsh or outdated narratives, and make room for new aspects of yourself to emerge.

You don’t need a list of goals to come to Inclusive Therapy. You just need the desire to feel more connected to yourself and perhaps to others—and someone willing to help you get there.
